Big, fluffy, soft, garlic knots that are bathed in a delicious fermented herb garlic paste and finished with our housemade vegan cheese. They are delicious on their own, eaten with dinner, dipped into marinara sauce... amazing.
These have been on my list for the past 14 months. I wanted them to not be mediocre fillers, but rather stand on their own. Delicate, soft, and scrumptious. No biggy.

fermented parsnip, cauliflower, sprouted amaranth, turmeric, cacao butter, water, pepita milk, amaranth koji, maple sugar, white chia, turnips, olive oil, nutritional yeast, flaky sea salt, fermented garlic paste (farm garlic, oregano, parsley). Cheese: pepitas, hemp seeds, water, sea salt, lemon, nutritional yeast, avocado oil, beet lactic acid, yuca,parsnip miso, apple cider vinegar.
