Shipping policy
For in-store pick up:
Pickup is on Saturday from 7:45AM - 11AM at our bakery at 6572 Mill Road, Egg Harbor Township. If you cannot make these times, please do not choose in-store pickup. If you're unable to pick up the week you order, please email us at orders@thebeneficialbakery.com. Here is how our system works. If you placed your order between the store's opening hours, you will be able to pick it up the following Saturday. For example, if you purchase on Sunday, you can pick up the following Saturday.
Shipping
If you order on Sunday, your bakes will ship 8 days later, on Monday (or Tuesday if a National holiday). For example, if you place your order on Sunday, the 15th, it will ship the following Monday, the 23rd.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for the items. We work very hard to make everything and offer shipping insurance at checkout. We ship via FedEx and sometimes they leave packages in the wrong place. It is your responsibility to contact them. By removing InsureShield insurance at checkout, you are agreeing to be solely responsible for loss, damage, or theft that may occur at once your order leaves our bakery. By purchasing from our store, you are accepting these terms.
InsureShield insurance: We highly suggest purchasing upon check out on the purchase page. They will cover damaged product and stolen product. You can easily file a claim yourself with the addition of a photo (for damaged goods). We offer this service because we do not offer refunds, returns or replacements.
