We made a "monster" version of fermented cookies. Packed with our pretzels, chocolate chunks, caramelized white chocolate for a gorgeous butterscotch- like flavor, toffee, fermented dehydrated orange marmalade squares, and maple sprinkles made by our friends in Vermont. I mean, they are DELICIOUS
