Queso fresco! (means Fresh Cheese)
A 2-week aging yields a mild, "milky' in flavor cheese with a slight saltiness.
This is not as dry crumbly or as salty as feta, nor is it a melting cheese. If you have had queso fresco before, this is as close to it as I can get. Think soft, moist, sliceable or crumble-able. Amazing crumbled on tacos, sliced (or crumbled) on salads, sliced on a sandwich with veggies, or honestly our favorite: simply snack on with crackers.
You can cut it into squares and serve it alongside guava paste or dried fruit for the most delish snack.

pepitas, hemp seeds, water, sea salt, lemon, nutritional yeast, 1/8 tsp avocado oil, celeriac, turnip, yuca, tapioca, cocoa butter, apple cider vinegar, hemp seed milk (housemade)
