A gorgeous spring twist on our favorite vanilla bean shortbreads. These are essentially our version of a peach creamsicle in a maple shortbread form . They are crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. Think most “buttery” shortbread ever, infused with gorgeous Mexican vanilla bean, fermented orange zest, peach juice, plus all the veggies we have. With golden sides and crisp, tender, soft, crunchy bottoms (hehe). They get a cheeky sprinkling of vanilla bean maple sprinkles on the top. Sweet bite of goodness!
