What can I say… This is our cream cheese. What we use for many goods, what we use at our home. Delicious. Just slightly softer and more “whipped” in texture.
Great on bagels, English muffins, cinnamon raisin bread, olive bread, crackers, it’s great to bake with. It’s amazing.
Ingredients: lacto-fermented parsnip, amaranth, cream cheese rejuvelac (amaranth, water), amaranth miso, sea salt, hemp heart, avocado oil (¼ teaspoon)
