The scone loaf we love, but with a seasonal twist as we welcome Spring with delicious strawberries (we also grow strawberries at the bakery!). Crunchy on the outside, yet soft and tender in the middle. These flavor pairs so beautifully with pockets of almond paste and its signature crunchy, sugary crown.

We love fermenting with things we have growing in the season, and tis the season for strawberries! Not too chocolate-y, not too strawberry-y, but a cozy and bright flavor that is wrapped in puddles of chocolate.
