That versatile dough was not available for everyone as we could not ship it. So I went to the drawing board to come up with something that you can make at home but would be the same as our pizza dough!
A perfect staple to keep in your fridge for a quick, delish, veggie-filled meal! This is the fourth version of pizza dough and the most perfect I could develop. Creating a dough that rises and bakes to a tasty homemade pizza crust.
Just add oil and water! Easy Peasy.
- 1 ¼ c water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
To prepare: In a bowl or mixer just add oil, water, The Beneficial Bakery pizza mix, and mix for 2-5 minutes until it comes together as a dough. Leave dough right in the bowl, cover, and set aside to rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees with baking sheet or pizza stone that will be used to cook pizza (you need it hot). Roll the dough into preferred thickness and shape. Put on toppings, bake for 20 minutes or until very golden brown underneath and serve.
1 package will make a 16 to 18 inch pizza, multiple smaller pizzas, or pot pies, empanadas, pizza pockets, etc!
Mix must be kept refrigerated (do not freeze mix)
