We LOVE our pizza dough, but it was unfortunately not available to all our customers, as we could not ship it. So, Diane went to the drawing board to come up with a way you could make our pizza dough at home!

A perfect staple to keep in your fridge for a quick, delish, veggie-filled meal! This is version four of Diane's pizza dough ventures, and the most perfect. A versatile, allergen-free dough that rises and bakes to a tasty homemade pizza crust. 

Just add oil and water! Easy peasy.

You'll need: 

 - 1 ¼ c water

 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

To prepare: In a bowl or mixer, add oil, water, and The Beneficial Bakery pizza mix. Mix for 2-5 minutes until it forms a dough. Leave dough in the bowl, cover, and set aside to rise for 30 minutes. 

Preheat oven to 500 degrees with the baking sheet or pizza stone that will be used to cook the pizza (you'll need it hot). Roll the dough into preferred thickness and shape. Put on toppings and bake for 20 minutes (or until golden brown underneath). Serve warm!

1 package will make a 16-18 inch pizza, multiple smaller pizzas, or pot pies, empanadas, pizza pockets, etc.! 

Mix must be kept refrigerated (do not freeze mix).

Ingredients:

parsnip sourdough starter, sprouted amaranth, fermented turnip, fermented yucca, white sweet potato, hemp heart fiber, sea salt, fermented maple.
