We took our beloved swirled morning buns and added our homemade vegan dulce de leche into the batter to proof, creating an extra tender pastry. We then spread cinnamon-scented dulce de leche onto the dough before creating the swirled pastry to create a tender, unctious bake! Once out of the oven, it gets brushed with our bakery vegan butter and dipped in maple sugar for that Colombian touch. Only made once a year, and not to be missed.
