We LOVE scones. Love them. One day we were tinkering with a scone recipe, when we accidentally left the dough to ferment longer than I should have. It developed a beautiful "puff" and we didn't want to risk deflating by cutting it into traditional scone shapes, so weput it into a loaf pan. It's quite a different little number, and thanks to a slew of hidden perks — it's amazing!
