Our Bleu is a bold, standout cheese perfect for any board. It's tangy, sharp, and delivers that signature punch of mild funk in every bite. Months of careful culturing (injecting the wheels by hand) and aging went into developing its marbled look with beautiful blue-green veining throughout.
Setting itself apart from milder cheeses, this Bleu is assertive and peppery, with a creamy interior that gives way to a crumbly, piquant bite.
Traditionally, blue cheeses develop their veining from cultures introduced during aging, which create those distinct blue pockets as the cheese matures. We use plant-based cultures to achieve that same striking marbled look and complex flavor — proof that vegan cheese can be just as dramatic as the original.
We love it crumbled over a salad with candied seeds and pear, melted into a warm dip, turned into an amazing bleu cheese dip with our yogurt, or paired with maple, fig jam, and crusty bread. Also incredible alongside a bold red wine or crumbled onto a burger!
