If you are a chocolate lover, then this is a mix you cannot go without! Brownies made from The Beneficial Bakery Brownie Mix are so good that it's like you’re taking a bite into the most yummy double chocolate brownie.
Sprouted amaranth, roasted carrots, roasted parsnip, roasted cauliflower, flax, cassava, sea salt, mini chocolate chips (cacao, cacao butter, maple),100% cacao, raw cacao powder, lions mane mushroom, dehydrated turnip, baking powder. flaky salt, maple sugar.
To make brownies:
- 1 package The Beneficial Bakery brownie mix
- 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds or 1 egg
- 1/2 cup fat of choice (olive oil, avocado oil, melted coconut oil, melted ghee etc. Needs to be in liquid state)
- 1/2 cup warm water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8 x 8 inch pan, and line with parchment. Set aside.
Blend chia, fat of choice, and warm water in a medium size bowl. Add the The Beneficial Bakery Brownie Mix and stir with a spatula until the batter is slightly smooth. Then pour the batter into the prepared pan evenly. Shake the pan to the sides a little bit to get a better distribution of the brownie batter.
Bake the brownies in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Be careful not to over-bake the brownies because they should appear slightly under-baked. Cool completely in the pan before cutting.
