Our beloved bagels with a cheesy Thanksgiving Bagel twist! A beautiful Asiago crust on the outside, with a cheese and herb tender bagel texture. This is the first time we've offered our Asiago in a savory bake, and we knew that a bagel with our bakery-grown herbs would be perfect for Thanksgiving.
Our bagels are made in the traditional New York style: formed by hand, proofed, then boiled and baked. You will seriously forget you are eating gluten-free! These bagels provide a worthy surface for any lox, schmear, or spread and can hold their own.
Make sure to warm up in a toaster oven for maximum flavor and texture experience.
