Pan Maravilla was an extraordinary loaf, and one that over the past two months Diane reformulated in her mind. She wanted it to be BIGGER, softer and more tender (we didn't think it was possible), with more veggies, not only vegan but no seed milk, or maple sugar! With its creamy-white interior, golden crust, and soft, easily slice-able texture. Trust us when we say this loaf blew our minds, continues to shock us, and is the most delicious enhancement she could have created.
This bread is all you need for toast, sandwiches, or any other bread craving.

Ingredients: fermented parsnip, cauliflower, sprouted amaranth, turmeric, water, golden beet, turnip, rutabaga, golden flax, kohlrabi, white chia, celeriac powder, 2 teaspoons organic olive oil per loaf.
