Our crust is made with rutabaga, turnip, parsnip, golden beet and then filled with seasonal, fermented fillings.
The savory galette uses our housemade vegan ricotta.
The sweet galette has juicy local apples and pears in warming spices and a base of vegan cream cheese for the ultimate treat.
