Juicy, colorful fermented cranberries, orange, lemon and apricots, luscious squares of our almond paste all on top of a crisp spice graham cookie base with a puff pastry-like top.
Inspired by the flavors of German stollen but crossed with our blondie cake that is studded with juicy fermented fruits and buttery almonds.
I mean it when I say that we all fell in love with this bake.
