A pound cake fit for our Winter season! We wanted to bring you something that may look simple on the outside but is the most exquisitely buttery, creamy, and the softest pound cake we've ever made before! Lots of vanilla bean, creamy butter, maple sugar, all the fermented veggies, and a light dusting of sugar give you the best treat to have alone, with tea/coffee/cocoa, or honestly, as-is. The texture is otherworldly.
It's officially our favorite cake at the bakery!
