The search for the perfect Holiday pastry ends here! Our Holiday Spice Morning Bun only comes but once a year! We took inspiration from buns we've read about, have in our cultures, to create a delicious pastry flavored with lemon and orange zests, giving a nod to the incredible Winter citrus season we're in, plus a layered swirl of fresh spices such as cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and cardamom. We wanted them to glisten, so we brushed them with a little fresh maple made by Diane's friend in Vermont before getting their tops sprinkled with maple sugar made by her friend in Maine.
Organic Ingredients: cauliflower, fermented parsnip, water, olive oil, white chia seeds, amaranth koji, sea salt, maple, sprouted amaranth, cauliflower flour, golden beets, lemon balm, coconut sugar, organic orange, cardamom, fermented cinnamon molasses, white sweet potato, ground cinnamon.
