How to make a protein/pre and probiotic, veggie truffle like ball in 11 steps of varying degrees of difficulty...
-
First: Have a daily brain storming session with self and team on how to take one of the most cloyingly sweet regional candies for March, figure out how to incorporate more savouriness, more ferment, more microbes, more veggies, more protein, into the idea around a truffle/ball
-
Two: Take our delicious Fermented coconut miso and grind it up.
-
Three: Take 2/3’s of the its weight in cau lid lower, and grind that up too.
-
Four: Add % salt by weight.
-
Five: Mix everything together and pack it into a fermentation vessel
-
Six: Make our veggie cream cheese and cover it with a breathable cloth.
-
Seventh (and hardest): Wait impatiently...
-
Eighth: While waiting, add coconut, hemp hearts because that's a flavor for these spheres that's been in your head.
-
Ninth: more patience
-
Tenth: Take all components and hope they come together into their glory: into a Miso-like, rich and sweet taste.
